Deleting internet pages
If you are concerned about someone looking at your internet history (the websites and pages you have visited) you can delete the easily accessible history pages. Please bear in mind that these methods of deleting internet pages are not foolproof, a computer expert may still be able to find out which website or pages you have been looking at.
If you are worried that your abuser could do this, use the internet at a library, an internet café, or a relative, friend or neighbours house. The methods of deleting internet pages suggested here will delete your entire internet history.
