1.5 Data relating to collisions and casualties at safety camera
sites, published on the Cambridgeshire Safety Camera Partnership
website, is owned by Cambridgeshire County Council. The 'before'
casualty data is not necessarily that which was used as part of
the camera site selection process, but merely represents the three
calendar years preceding the year in which the camera was installed.
1.6 Compliance with current rules and guidelines for Safety Camera
Partnerships, set out in the National Safety Camera Programme handbook,
has no bearing on the enforcement of offences detected by the use
of safety cameras. Non-compliance with the rules and guidelines
does not provide any mitigation of, or defence for, an alleged offence
under current UK law committed by a driver or registered keeper.
2. Our Obligations to You
2.1 We will endeavour to maintain this website to the highest standard
we can attain, but we cannot guarantee a level of standard at any
time. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your use of, or
access to, this website at any time, without prior notice, for security,
maintenance, or any other reason.
2.2 The Cambridgeshire Safety Camera Partnership is not responsible
