Our mobile safety camera vehicles are yellow and
blue marked police vans with the safety camera partnership logo
displayed on the side. Enforcement takes place in locations where
the van or operator is clearly visible and not hidden behind any
obstacles. In addition, permanent warning signs are clearly visible
in advance of where the vehicle is parked.
The routes cover stretches of road where people
have been killed or injured, and where there is a history of excess
speed.
